PARENT TIP: Based on expanded eligibility, the State of Michigan is offering PreK for all, with priority for those families most in need. This means that all Wayne Co. 4yr olds can qualify for free Prek, it’s just a matter of finding a location with openings. Head Start Locator
Head Start is a free quality preschool program for 3 and 4 year old children. (Kids age ranges from 3-5 years old by Sept 1)
